The whole range of flow nozzles assemblies we offer are manufactured to stringent specifications as per codes. The throats & entrance sections are highly polished and bores accurately machined for optimum performance. Flow nozzle assemblies are supplied for direct mounting between flanges or welded with the branch pipes. The "Weld in type" flow nozzles are welded either direct to the branch pipes or are provided with the "Holding Ring" design. Welding is carried out as per ASME codes and care taken in centering the nozzle in the branch pipes prior to welding as per code requirement.

Flow Accessories Micro Precision Condensate Pots
We always used to manufacture complete range of condensate pots and caged required in many processing industries. Stainless steel Condensate pots & stainless steel condensate chambers are generally used for measurement of steam / vapor which condense to liquid state at the ambient temperature. It is also used to cool down very high temperature liquids. Condensate pots are also used to maintain a "constant liquid head" above the instruments. These can be installed both in vertical as well as in horizontal position. Our condensate pots are available as per ISA RP 3.1.1 TO 3.1.4 and ISO 2186, in 2", 3", 4" and 6" sizes. We also manufacture these condensate pots as per customer's requirements and designs. Condensate chambers or seal chambers are manufactured in various grades of carbon steel, alloy steel.

Valve Manifolds
The M2VM10 series of Valve Manifolds we offer are used among various industries for isolation, calibration and bleeding of pressure transmitters, switches and gauges. It combines the functions of tee, calibration valve, and isolation valve and all tubing and fittings into a single compact unit thus reducing the number of fittings and space required for installation.
Flanged Valve Manifolds
M3VM20 series of valve manifolds ("H" type manifolds) consist of two block (shut off) valves and one equalizing valve. These manifolds are flanged on both sides for mounting directly to D.P. transmitters having 54mm (2-18") center to center connections. Center to center distance is also available with us only on special order.
The oval flanges supplied with the D.P. transmitters are used on the process side of these manifolds for piping connection. This model provides easy installation and comes complete with found mounting bolts and two PTFE "O" rings for ready installation. Two nos. 1/4" NPT (F) purge connections are standards with these units.
H Type Valve Manifolds
"H" type manifolds or M3VM30 series of valve manifolds consist of shut off valves and equalizing valve. These manifolds are designed for mounting directly to D.P. transmitters having 54mm (2-18") center to center connections. The M5VM1E10 series valve manifolds we offer have been designed for mounting directly on the D.P. transmitter having 54mm (2-1/8") center to center distance. These valves consist of two block valves, one equalizing valve and two separate vent valves for purging of the high and low pressure sides. On the process two 1/2" NPT connections are provided for tubing / piping into the process taps. This model comes complete with four mounting bolts and two PTFE "O" rings for ready installation.
Multi Stage Restriction Orifice Assembly
Our Multi Stage Restriction Orifice Assembly have several orifice plates welded or assembled into one assembly for controlled stage wise pressure drop. The assembly comes with either butt weld or flanged ends.
